Starting at Shell as Centre HR Manager in 2007, Karthikeyan was integral in building SBO Chennai from the ground up, establishing a foundation rooted in talent development and operational excellence. His success in scaling the center to 1,700 employees led to a promotion as Global HR Manager based in the Netherlands. In this capacity, he managed restructuring initiatives that impacted over 1,000 employees across 20+ countries and led the integration of Real Estate, Health, Aircraft, and Corporate Security teams into Shell’s global framework. His ability to navigate complex challenges on a global scale earned him a reputation for delivering results without losing sight of the human aspect.
