At Taalk Creative Labs Private Limited, we aim to provide the best services to our clients. However, we understand that cancellations or refunds may be necessary in certain situations.
1. Cancellation Policy
- For One-Time Services (e.g., video production, content creation):
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of payment are eligible for a full refund.
- If the service has already commenced, only a partial refund may be applicable based on the work completed.
- For Subscription-Based Services (e.g., monthly content marketing):
- Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid automatic renewal charges.
- No refunds will be issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
2. Refund Policy
- Full refunds are available for payments made in error, provided they are reported within 48 hours.
- Partial refunds may be issued based on the percentage of work completed if the project is terminated early.
- No refunds will be provided for completed projects or digital deliverables once they are handed over to the client.
3. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
- For Razorpay transactions, processing times depend on their policies.
