With over a decade of experience in short-term rentals across Bangalore and Coimbatore, Senthil took a bold step in 2023. He built a property specifically tailored for Airbnb.
Before listing, he invested 7 months studying market trends, pricing, and guest behavior.
Within:
- 60 days – Achieved Superhost status
- 90 days – Became a Guest Favorite
That single listing began earning more than his full-time salary. When people started asking how he did it, Senthil saw two major gaps:
- Most homeowners had no clue how Airbnb worked
- Many were intimidated by tech, legal, and setup processes
India’s First Airbnb Consultant
As word spread, Senthil began receiving messages from across India — and even overseas — asking for help.
That’s when he decided to make it official:
He became India’s first Airbnb business consultant.
In just 4 months:
- Delivered 27+ setup projects across India and Dubai
- Handled 16+ paid consultations
- All with zero marketing spend
One of his U.S.-based clients even became a mentor — helping him refine his vision. With their guidance and consistent storytelling on LinkedIn, high-quality leads began pouring in.
From Solo Consultant to Startup Founder
In May 2025, at 11 PM, Senthil made a life-changing phone call to his mentor:
“Let’s build India’s first short-term rental consulting platform.”
The answer was YES.
